(FRA) Fire Risk Assessment

Our fire risk assessors are I.F.E. certified fire risk assessors who carry out all Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 fire risk assessments. Our FRA's are PAS79 format and are simple and easy to understand, with a clear and precise Action Plan and where necessary, we explain what is required and why and to which British Standard and Building Regulations any work should be carried out to.

The RRFSO applies to everyone, not just the physically able so unlike many other fire risk assessments, we do take into account vulnerable persons and we are concious of the Equality Act 2010, Section 20 (reasonable adjustment) when it comes to the means of escape and the building.
